ABOUT
MR. SAUERS
I am Joseph Sauers. I was born in Savannah, Georgia and attended May Howard Elementary. After leaving May Howard as a student, I never would have thought that I would be coming back as a teacher. After graduating from Benedictine Military School, I went on to pursue my Bachelor Degree from Valdosta State University.
After graduating I was a paraprofessional in a High School Autistic Classroom for students with Behavioral Health Disorders. After a year and a half I was offered a position to teach Kindergarten at Garden City Elementary under Mr. Patrick Rossiter. I taught Kindergarten for 2 years before coming to May Howard. This will be my 12th year as May Howard's PE teacher. I could not be happier and I am very lucky to teach the students of May Howard Elementary.
