Physical Education Journal

3rd - 5th Grade students are required to complete a Physical Education Journal once every marking period. 

 

GOOGLE FORMS

Students can complete this journal through Google Forms. Please click the link to the left. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I WILL ACCEPT A JOURNAL EARLY.

Mrs. Smith will give students some opportunities to complete the journal in technology. Students should not depend or expect this opportunity to complete their journal, only take advantage if offered. 

 

LATE JOURNAL

I will only accept a late journal under extreme circumstances.
 

PAPER COPY

If a student needs a hard copy of the journal, they need to pick one up from the gym. I only gave the hard copy to students who requested one.  

 

If a student loses their paper copy of the journal, and can not print a copy or complete through Google Classroom/Google Forms, please come to me in the morning or during your scheduled PE to get another copy.
